Cecily - Thinking Bout Me

Auckland based singer-songwriter Cecily releases her debut single 'Thinking Bout Me'.

Cecily sticks a middle finger in the air to the modern trappings of ‘who she should be’ in her first song, representing the lone wolf, the introverted bedroom artist, and those who find themselves alone on New Year’s Eve.

‘Thinking Bout Me’ was written during a time where Cecily was lonely enough to miss being with friends but not lonely enough to give up on herself.  

At just 22 years old, Cecily performed at bars and venues all around Auckland to find her voice, and she has done just that!

 ‘Thinking Bout Me’ is anthemic autobiographical rawness for all the brave and brilliant weirdos out there.
