Indy pop band, Borderline released fresh tunes this week & we can't get enough 😍

The AKL based teenage band are going from strength to strength following hits like Cinderella & Spinning comes their brand new EP "Perfect Movie Scene' & lead single "This is Not Love'

This song boasts an infectious groove with a bass line that draws inspiration from funk and disco, creating a captivating blend. The powerful vocals seamlessly meld with a perfect combination of guitars and synth lines, defining its place at the pop end of indie music. 

Guitarist Matthew McFadden shared that "the track reflects the fun we had as a band in the creative process of writing the song."

Lead vocalist Ben Glanfield reveals that "The song's lyrics stem from the realisation that relationships can be complex and conflicted emotional experiences, often presenting situations that may not be as they initially seem."
