Lorde Flies 19 Hours to Surprise Taylor Swift Fans On Stage

Lorde has made a surprise appearance on stage with Taylor Swift in the US as part of her 1989 tour.

She joined Taylor Swift as the special guest at her Washington DC show today, where the pair performed Lorde's biggest hit song Royals.

She was introduced by Swift as "one of my best friends in the entire world".

According to reports on Twitter, the singer flew 19 hours from New Zealand to surprise the crowd.
