But now he has the ultimate selling tools – a hype video showing just how damn ridiculous his house is, and the offer of a pair of every single Air Jordan trainers ever made for the buyer.

The luxury property in the Chicago suburb of Highland Park is on the market for $14.9 million USD, down from the ambitious original price of $29 million.

The actual asking price is $14,855,000.
