Bree & Ellie dive into the highs and lows of ADHD
It might seem like every women you know is getting diagnosed with ADHD. Clint shared that he knows about six. So, to put it bluntly, is this just a trend?
Over the last couple of years Bree & Ellie journeyed down the path of being diagnosed with ADHD.
What might appear to just be a 'diagnosis' has changed the way they live their day to day lives. Ellie states "The knowledge of understanding the way your brain works and being able to make accommodations in life to suit it, really does make a difference to the way you see yourself, and therefore overall mental health."
'It's a privilege to get a diagnosis' shares Ellie who ventured down this journey at 28 years old. It may appear as though 'everyone has ADHD these days' but it all comes down to education and the access to information.
'ADHD is also a real superpower and people might not hear about the great things that come with it. Like we're super empathetic people, we're really creative' Bree proudly states 💛💛💛💛💛💛
