Alfalfa from 'The Little Rascals' is all grown up and smashing life

WOAH, we would never have recognised Bug Hall a.k.a. Alfalfa from The Little Rascals if we saw him on the streets today!

The Little Rascals came out in 1994 and was one of our childhood movie faves, even Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen had a cameo in the film.

But two of our favourite characters would have to be the cute love birds, Darla and Alfalfa:

We haven't heard much from these too since their performance 22 years ago, so it was a shock to see what Bug Hall looks like now!

Bug Hall was born on February 4, 1985 in Fort Worth, Texas, USA as Brandon Hall and apart from being famous for playing Alfalfa, Hall is also known for appearing in American Pie Presents the Book of Love (2009):

Alfalfa traded in his cowlick for a sexy beard: See what he looks like now

We never would have realised that is him?!

Apparently Hall's nickname came about because his mother worked at a day care centre, and she would bring him to work with her. She didn't want other kids to sit on him, so she made up a game that he was a "bug" and if they sat on him they would smash him. Hence, Bug Hall!

Hall is also an active Twitter user, calling himself a "garage philosopher." Bug often tweets out some pretty deep stuff to his followers:

Bug also grams some pretty sweet pics - you can follow him here!

Check out the photos above of a very grown-up and unrecognisable Alfalfa.
