ASOS is now selling a 'sausage' choker and WTF, why

ASOS is known to sell some pretty awesome products, but they sometimes shock us with their products, too.

Metro.co.uk have reported that ASOS are now selling a 'sausage' choker, and we don't understand!

Is this a trend we're not up to date with? What does 'sausage' mean, or imply?
