Nameberry has released a new study revealing the most common names of criminals that you might want to stay away from.

These names are, according to research, the most common names of murderers:

- Allan 

- Harold

- Russell

- Daniel

- Justin

And these are the male names most likely to live a life of crime (according to the most common names in prisons):

- Johnny

- Randy

- Bobby

- Willie

- Terry

- Billy

- Scott

- Kyle

- Joshua

- Jeremy

- Jesse

- Lawrence

- Juan

While females are less likely to commit crimes, these are the most common for the lady criminals:

- Melissa

- Theresa

These names obviously don't effect whether your child will become a criminal, but is it really worth the risk?
