Bruno Mars is suing Miley Cyrus over 'Flowers'

Bruno Mars has filed a copyright lawsuit against Miley and her GRAMMY award winning song 'Flowers'

TMZ reported that Tempo Music Investments, who own a share of Mars' track filed a copyright infringement lawsuit. Interestingly enough Mars isn't a plaintiff in the lawsuit.

Tempo Music are saying the song intentionally copied to his 2012 smash hit "When I was Your Man"
