This coffee shop in Virginia is gaining a lot of attention after a photo of its sign went viral.

The sign promotes politeness and we're all about it! The pic was shared on Reddit and quickly gained popularity.

The sign was created Sunday by cafe worker Austin Simms.

"I decided because I need to solve all the injustices of the world to start charging more for people who didn't take the time to say hello and connect and realize we're all people behind the counter," Simms told WDBJ-TV.

CUPS Coffee & Tea owner Olivia Byrd confirmed the pricing on the sign is only meant as a joke and no one has been charged $5 for a small coffee. (We're kinda gutted about that tbh! Ha!)
