Daniel Radcliffe will be playing 'Weird Al' Yankovich in a new biopic

I mean, sure? 

From Harry Potter to Weird Al... I guess careers go through peaks and troughs right. We reckon this may be a bit of a trough for Daniel Radcliffe who will star in the new biopic of the infamous 'Weird Al'.

In a cheeky statement, the comedy recording artist said he was "absolutely thrilled" about Radcliffe's casting, adding "I have no doubt whatsoever that this is the role future generations will remember him for."

According to the press release, the film "holds nothing back, exploring every facet of Yankovic's life, from his meteoric rise to fame with early hits like 'Eat It' and 'Like a Surgeon' to his torrid celebrity love affairs and famously depraved lifestyle."

Look, I guess Daniel is just out $ecuring the bag right? Each to their own!
