Doctors have issued warnings about attempting the 'Milk Crate Challenge' but the memes are just too good

If you haven't seen it yet, we've got something for ya.

The latest trend to take over social media has caused a nightmare for ER's around the world, and that's Aotearoa included. 

So much so that doctors have issued out a warning to those attempting the 'Milk Crate Challenge', asking whether potentially life-threatening injuries are really worth the likes and follows?

"The milk crate challenge [...] poses a high risk of exposing yourself to orthopaedic injuries as well as injuries to the head and neck as a result of falling from heights" is the advice from Dr Karan Rangarajan in the UK, who spoke to Insider. 

The objective of the challenge is to walk across a pyramid of milk crates and although it may look easy it most definitely isn't.

However, we do hope watching some of these fails will deter you from trying it!

But in saying that, we can't help but chuckle at some people's misfortune... I mean, no one is forcing you to do this, so I guess you could call it natural selection. And, the challenge has brought out some great memes too. 

Basically what we're saying is rather laugh at the silly goose who gives this a try, DO NOT BE THE SILLY GOOSE.
