*Future* collab of the year?! Please Sweeran please.
In what could be the collab of the year, the besties could be blessing our taringa with what fans are calling the collab of the year... and it's only February!
The song in question is the latest from Ed, a remix of his 2021 track, 'The Joker And The Queen'.
Sheeran took to Instagram earlier this week teasing the song with a photo of some signed CD's with the iconic image of the playing cards, captioned "... something's coming in a bit, keep an eye out".
Swift fans have started to join the dots however with a couple doing some deep dives into recent music videos from both artists.
In the official video for ‘Overpass Graffiti’, Sheeran can be seen wearing a leather jacket with a print of a joker and a queen on the back, with a badge reading “Taylor Swift” just underneath it.
And in Swift’s video for ‘I Bet You Think About Me (Taylor’s Version)’, she can be seen drawing an equals sign onto a wedding cake, perhaps paying homage to Sheeran’s 2021 album ‘=’. She also sold decks of ‘Red (Taylor’s Version)’ playing cards on her online store.
Whether it's true or not (obvy our fingers are crossed) don't you just love these two?
