HBO has released the first teaser for the Harry Potter 20th Anniversary Reunion special!

Harry Potter stars are heading back to platform 9 3/4 for the highly anticipated reunion special!

The retrospective special titled 'Return To Hogwarts', which airs on HBO Max on New Years Day, comes 20 years after the release of the film that kicked off J.K. Rowling's franchise on the big screen.

The teaser then goes on to list the event's participating Harry Potter cast members, including core trio Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson, as well as Helena Bonham Carter, Ralph Fiennes, Jason Isaacs among others still to be announced. 

The 20th anniversary special was announced last month and is said to feature in-depth production discussions, interviews and cast conversations. 

Check out the teaser above! It will air in NZ on 2 January 2022 at 7pm on TVNZ 2.
