Pizza is our friend.

Unfortunately, health professionals don't tend to be so friendly with the cheesy, delicious treat.

BUT, one nutritionist isn't so anti-pizza.

Chelsey Amer, a nutritionist from New York, told The Daily Meal that so many cereals are packed with sugar, which isn't an ideal way to start your day, whereas pizza has more fat and protein.

"A slice of pizza contains more fat and much less sugar than most cold cereals, so you will not experience a quick sugar crash."

The protein in the pizza will keep you fuller for longer and will prevent snacking between meals.

But before you go order yourself some Dominoes for a morning delivery, you need to keep in mind that pizza is just a better option than cereal - not the best option.
