Netflix has given us our first look at Bridgerton season 2!

Dear reader... We come bearing great news! 

We've finally been given our first taste of season two of the critically acclaimed Bridgerton and all the trailer does is make us want it even more!

The show pretty much took over the world last year as it was casually viewed by over 63 million households in its first month on Netflix, but it is said that season one was only the beginning...

Season two of the show will follow Anthony Bridgerton (Jonathan Bailey) who is the eldest of the eight Bridgterton siblings, as he attempts to settle down and finally takes his place at the head of the family.

The sneak peek was released during the Netflix 'TUDUM' event on the weekend, and it shows us a scene where Anthony gets rejected by Kate Sharma after she overhears his "many requirements for a wife".

"You take issue with my requirements?" Anthony asks Kate, to which she fiercely replies, "I take issue with any man who views women merely as chattels and breeding stock."
