Outer Banks has been renewed for Season 3 by Netflix!

We'll be back on Island Time very shortly with news that The Pogues are coming back to our screens for a third season of Outer Banks Deadline has reported.

Series creators Jonas Pate, Josh Pate and Shannon Burke will all return as showrunners and executive producers for the new season.

The cast of the show announced their season 3 news with a rather wholesome video posted to Instagram. 

Season one and two of the show sees the group of friends avoid near-death experiences and live life on the run as they search for a 400M treasure. 

Series regulars Chase Stokes (John B.), Madelyn Cline (Sarah), Madison Bailey (Kiara), Jonathan Daviss (Pope), Rudy Pankow (JJ) will all be returning for Season 3.

There is no official release date for the third season of Outer Banks, but watch this space. Season 1 and 2 of the award winning show is available to stream on Netflix.
