Jelly-lujah, we're in for a treat!
405kgs of ripe boysenberries have been saved from being sent to the bin, thanks to Cathedral Cove Naturals and Pic’s Peanut Butter delicious new combo.
Local Nelson berry processors, unfortunately, had to close down, leaving behind a bundle of ripe boysenberries to sit there going to waste - thankfully not anymore!
The berries are being saved! Get ready to try Coconut Yoghurt infused with Pic’s Boysenberry Jelly.
“We were stoked to help our pals at Pic’s save the leftover boysenberries,” says Cathedral Cove Naturals product developer Aaron Montier.
The limited-edition yoghurt is concocted from coconut milk, probiotic cultures, Pic’s Boysenberry Jelly and more berry puree to dial up the deliciousness.
We’re already drooling over this combination and CANNOT wait to try it. The question is do we eat this on its own OR pair it with Pic’s Double Crunch Almond Butter in a breakfast bowl?
Get in quick because it’s here for a good time, not a long time says Pic’s. We can have it in our hot little hands from April 11th.
