Subway and Domino's have BOTH added hotdogs to their menus

These fast food giants just leveled up by adding hotdogs to their menus, and it's giving major "why didn’t they do this sooner?"* vibes.
No more trips to Bunnings just for a snag—Subway and Domino's have brought the hotdog game to the fast food world. They've finally put Kylie Jenner's 2016 resolution into practice and realised some stuff... that the fast food world needs more hotdog options!
The ZM office was lucky enough to try both because, let’s be real, there's nothing better than a free lunch (shoutout to Subway for sponsoring The Jam Packed Workday with Georgia). But was it worth not bringing leftovers?
*Okay, disclaimer... Subway has been here before. They launched the SubDog back in 2022, but it wasn't around long. This time, we can confirm that their "bigger and better" claim is true. The dog is thicker, and juicier, and comes with two killer sauce options—tangy mustard and the iconic Wattie’s Tomato Sauce. At just $6.50, you can grab it as a Six Inch or go big with the Footlong.
While Tyra from integration said the "dog-to-bread ratio didn't quite work," she hadn't talked to our audio guy Sam, who revealed you can load it up with any salad you like—pickles, onions, jalapenos... total game-changer!
Meanwhile, Domino's has unleashed Pizza Dogs, and although they're snack size compared to the Subdog, their Kranskey-style sausage wrapped in cheesy, fluffy pizza dough is baked to perfection. They’re serving them up in three flavors—Classic, Double Cheese, and Cheese & Bacon—starting at a cossie living dream of just $3.
Mikayla from the digi team preferred the pizza base over a bun, calling it "doughlicious," while social Megan said, "The only problem is, they're so good you’ll want two." And at $5.50 for a twin pack, I'm sure our Girl Math CEO's Fletch, Vaughan & Hayley would call it "basically free".
