18 celebs are about to go head-to-head trying to win $100,000 for their chosen charities on the stunning backdrop of Te Whanganui o Hei in the Coromandel!

This season, the mystery unfolds that in the 60s, two families and their friends escaped the hustle and bustle to a remote island to live a simpler way of life. After years of happiness, they found themselves in a feud.But who in the whānau was the one to hide the family loot?
And of course, who will now be the one to solve all the clues and find it?!
The line-up of celebrity castaways are:
Aidee Walker
Aidee Walker is a versatile talent known for her acting, writing, and directing. She’s starred in notable roles like Lee-Anne in Catching the Black Widow, Draska Doslic in Outrageous Fortune, Kate Ryder in One Lane Bridge, and received award nominations for How to Meet Girls from a Distance. Aidee has also directed series such as Kid Sister, Mystic, and Westside, and won awards for her short film Friday Tigers.
Participating to raise awareness and much needed funds for Gaza.
Bubbah
Bubbah is a Samoan-New Zealand comedian, actress, and writer, famously known as Tina from Turners. She debuted on SIS and has appeared on Duckrockers and Guy Mont’s Spelling Bee. With her sharp humor and no-filter approach, Bubbah is a rising star. Recently, she competed on Taskmaster NZ season four, where she got tattoos of her fellow contestants as part of a challenge.
Now, she's taking on Celebrity Treasure Island in a bid to win for her chosen charity Pillars Ka Pou Whakahou.
Carmel Sepuloni
Carmel, born in Taranaki to a migrant abattoir worker and a fruit picker, is New Zealand’s first MP of Tongan descent and served as the 20th Deputy Prime Minister and Deputy Leader of the Labour Party. Before politics, she was a teacher, equity manager, and Pacific health researcher at the University of Auckland. Mother of two, she married writer and musician Daren Kamali in 2018.
As the first active MP on Celebrity Treasure Island, Carmel is used to hard work and isn’t expecting a relaxing break.
Casey Kopua
Casey Kopua, Silver Fern #135 and one of the world’s top netball defenders, captained the national team and became the sixth player to reach 100 games. After retiring, she returned to help the Silver Ferns win the 2019 Netball World Cup. Honored as an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit in 2011, she also won back-to-back gold medals at the Commonwealth Games in 2006 and 2010.
Christian Cullen
Christian Cullen, regarded as the greatest modern fullback in rugby union, holds the record for the most capped All Black fullback with 58 tests and 46 tries. Now retired and living on the Kapiti Coast with his wife and four children, Christian brings his competitive spirit to Celebrity Treasure Island.
Duncan Garner
Award-winning broadcaster Duncan Garner, with over 30 years in TV, radio, and newspapers, is taking on Celebrity Treasure Island. Currently hosting the podcast Duncan Garner: Editor in Chief, he’s also a former host of Today FM's radio show and The AM Show on Three.
Known for his work as TV Three’s political editor and other media roles, Duncan is a family man and fishing enthusiast.
Gaby Solomona
Gaby, a Samoan-New Zealand actress, is known for her role in the hit Pasifika Comedy Central show SIS and has appeared in web series Housewives and Baby Mama’s Club. With film and stage credits including Double Parked and Creamerie, she also hosts NiuFM’s Morning Shack. As a natural morale-booster, Gaby is excited for Celebrity Treasure Island but concerned about “the starving bit.”
James Rolleston
James Rolleston, beloved for his roles in Boy and Pork Pie, faced a near-fatal car accident in 2016, resulting in severe injuries and a long recovery. Now fully recovered, he’s returned to acting with recent roles in The Breaker Upperers, Whina, and Uproar. James is ready to take on a new challenge in Celebrity Treasure Island, potentially his biggest role yet.
Janaye Henry
Since 2017, Janaye has made a mark in comedy as a 2023 Billy T Award nominee. A comedian, writer, and actor, she’s known for curating the first wāhine Māori comedy show and co-creating the 2023 Basement Christmas Show, The Jingle Bellethon Telethon. Hailing from Tauranga, Janaye is a creative freelancer whose sharp wit will be well-suited for CTI. And if there’s a chip and dip prize up for grabs, the other team better watch out!
JP Foliaki
JP, a proud Tongan with diverse talents, has produced theatre, performed spoken word poetry, and appeared on TVNZ’s Popstars. He’s opened for Sean Kingston, acted in Far North, starred in Red, White & Brass, and recently performed in the stage adaptation of the film. As a multi-talented artist, JP is set to bring flair and determination to CTI, making him one to watch.
Mea Motu
Mea began boxing at 13 and became the IBO World Super Bantamweight Champion at 33, defending her title twice and holding more Kiwi titles than any other female boxer. A survivor of domestic abuse, Mea credits boxing with saving her life and now advocates for youth well-being as an ambassador for I Am Hope. Bringing her fierce positivity from the ring to CTI, Mea shows that no challenge is too great.
Michelle Langstone
Michelle, a Kiwi actress, writer, and author, has appeared in notable series like McLeod’s Daughters, 800 Words, and One Lane Bridge. A two-time Voyager Media Award winner, she received acclaim for her 2021 memoir Times Like These: On Grief, Hope, and Remarkable Love, which reflects on her personal journey.
Millen Baird
Millen Baird, known internationally for his role in M3GAN, is a versatile actor, writer, producer, and director with nearly two decades in Aotearoa's TV scene, including The Almighty Johnsons, Auckland Daze, and The Millen Baird Show. His wife, Siobhan Marshall, competed on CTI in 2022, reaching the final six flying under the radar.
Spankie Jackzon
New Zealand drag performer Spankie Jackzon, known offstage as Blair Macbeth, gained fame by winning RuPaul’s Drag Race Down Under in 2022 and the second season of House of Drag. With over 15 years of experience, including 12 in Melbourne’s drag scene, Spankie now returns to Manawatū and aims to add another crown to her collection on Celebrity Treasure Island.
Suzanne Paul
Suzanne Paul, who first competed on Celebrity Treasure Island in 2003, is back for another round. The British-born TV personality made her mark in the '80s, hosted Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner, and won Dancing with the Stars Season 3 despite a rib injury. With her determination and prior CTI experience, Suzanne is set to bring her best to the competition.
Tāmati Coffey
Tāmati Coffey, a New Zealand broadcaster and former MP, is known for hosting What Now, Breakfast, and New Zealand’s Got Talent. He served as a Labour MP from 2017 to 2023 and won Dancing with the Stars in 2009. As a father of two and reality TV veteran, Tāmati aims to win the CTI crown.
Vinnie Woolston
Raglan-born Vinnie is a top New Zealand model who has led numerous campaigns, walked at Fashion Week, and been the global face of Yves Saint Laurent’s La Nuit de L’Homme. Known for his down-to-earth and cheeky personality, Vinnie has worked with major brands and celebrities like Kate Moss. Will he walk his way to the CTI finale?
Wairangi Koopu
Wairangi, a former professional rugby league player with 159 appearances for the New Zealand Warriors and Melbourne Storm, retired in 2008. He then became a TV presenter for sports shows on Whakaata Māori and Sky Sport, and had a role in The Dead Lands. Recently, he returned to the Warriors as a cultural ambassador.
