If summer wasn't already exciting enough, New Zealand is getting an epic water slide to spice things up!
Hanmer Springs Thermal Pools, in the South Island, has announced plans for a huge redevelopment, costing $4.3 million dollars.Â
The new slide will take riders down a winding hydroslide in 2-person tubes, to a steep drop that propels them up a near-vertical wall for a moment of weightlessness before zooming back down and onto the slide’s finish.

The thermal pools also plan to refurbish the existing space, with the addition of five more pools.
It's planned to finish the redevelopment in time for summer 2019; so this time next year you could be sliding down that beast of a waterslide!
