This video of Steve Irwin shredding the surf has gone viral on his 15 year anniversary

He really was a real-life superhero!

It's been 15 years since we lost the Crocodile Hunter... Yup, let that sink in.

But, someone has dug up some classic Steve Irwin footage of him shredding on a surfboard in Bali and then going on to catch a sea snake. Crikey!

As you can imagine, the internet can't get enough of it! Surfin Steve in his full khaki Australia Zoo kit. It's like we're back in 2003 again.

Even legendary actor and thrill-seeker Johnny Knoxville got involved, commenting "Love this" on the post which has now been viewed by over 650,000 people.

The animal-lover tragically died aged 44 on September 4, 2006, after being stung by a stingray in the Great Barrier Reef.

What a legend. RIP.
