You buy a 5 pack of socks. 2 weeks later you're left with 2 pairs that no longer have their partner. What the f*** happened to the sneaky devil? Did our shoes eat them? How is it even possible for a sock to just simply disappear off the face of the earth? Well we have the answer to the most frustrating daily mystery you face. 

According to a video posted to Facebook, the pesky little things are trapped within the depths of your washing machine. Yup that's right, they have somehow wormed their way underneath the plastic covering around the door and then slipped through gaps.

You can retrieve these socks that are MIA, but you'll have to be confident you can take apart your washing machine, save your socks and then put the machine back together again. Yeaaaaah, we recommenced just buying another 10 pack and that'll hopefully last you approx 4 weeks.
