A second H&M store is coming to central Auckland, but this one has a point of difference to it's Sylvia store - with it's "home" range finally coming to New Zealand.

Anyone who has visited an H&M store overseas will know that the "home" department is a millennials dream and is much like Kmart with stylish interior goods for very low prices.

The new store will be located on the corner of Customs and Queen streets and will be the largest in New Zealand.

The doors are set to open on August 30th and it will take a fair while for shoppers to get through all the products as it's set over four levels and covers 3500 sqm.

It will be the first H&M store in Auckland with a "home" department.

"We are excited to finally be able to announce the opening of our Commercial Bay store on 30th August and to be able to offer our customers two incredible fashion shopping destinations within Auckland," said Hans Andersson, country manager for H&M Australia and New Zealand.

"We are also looking forward to introducing the H&M Home concept to our Auckland customers as we feel this really rounds out our wide assortment offering for this flagship store."
