One of Disney's most famous characters will be turning away from tradition in a typical Minnie Mouse girl-boss move!

Disneyland Paris announced last week that Minnie will wear trousers designed by Stella McCartney for the theme park’s upcoming 30th-anniversary celebration.

Minnie will reveal her new look in March to coincide with Women's History month, with speculation growing that she may sport the look indefinitely. 

Chatting to D23, Stella McCartney said “Minnie has always had a special place in my heart,” McCartney said.

“We share the same values. What I love about Minnie is the fact that she embodies happiness, self-expression, authenticity, and that she inspires people of all ages around the world. Plus, she has such great style!"

“This new take on her signature polka dots makes Minnie Mouse a symbol of progress for a new generation,” McCartney explained.

Don't mind us just hyping our girl Minnie Mouse up! Get it, Queen!
