A small waterfall running beneath a wooden footbridge on the River Bonet in County Leitrim, north west Ireland, is not an obvious candidate for a viral video hit.

Yet this video, which shows a small waterfall bubbling under a bridge, is being used by millions of insomnia sufferers around the world to help them get to sleep.

The eight-hour footage has been viewed over six million times and is now part of medical research used in several London hospitals as part of a clinical trial.
