Miley Cyrus Accidentally Pops A Nip On National TV at the MTV VMAs

Miley Cyrus finally freed the nipple — it just wasn't entirely planned.

Miley went to throw to an ad break but was clearly in the middle of a quick change...first she started talking without a mic. Then, a member of the production staff ran out to hand her a microphone, and that's when the accident happened.

At first, she seemed to have everything under control, but at one point she lowered part of the curtain covering her naked torso, giving the entire viewing audience a glimpse at her fully-exposed boob!
