VIDEO: Vaughan Takes on The Beep Test

Fletch and Megan are all about helping Vaughan with his 'New Year, New Me' mentality (because they're sick of hearing him moan on!) and have decided to set him a two week challenge.

Today he reached 9.8 on the beep test and Megan's personal trainer took his measurements. He needs to drop 2% body fat in two weeks.

If he fails to complete the challenge, Fletch and Megan will print a really embarrassing photo from Vaughan's past on a large billboard. If he succeeds, he has an embarrassing picture of both Fletch and Megan that he'll put on the billboard!
