Warning: Offensive language and racist remarks.

Watch this woman's racist rant on a New South Wales train. IT IS DISGUSTING!

Update: According to The Age, the woman — identified as 55-year-old Sue Wilkins, has apologised.

"I've been chasing work for quite some time now," she was quoted as saying. "It's awful what I said to that woman, I do agree. It's awful and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy, regardless of any race."

Australian police appear to be taking it a step further.

According to ABC News, Wilkins has been arrested. With assistant police commissioner Max Mitchell describing the incident as "totally abhorrent".

"This behaviour is totally unacceptable and we will not tolerate this sort of behaviour occurring anywhere on the public transport system".

"This person has committed offensive behaviour. It is a crime that we will not tolerate, particularly in regards to the racial motivation behind this incident."

Ms Wilkins later cited her own poor dating history, claiming she had been ripped off $100,000 by a Dutch man she met on RSVP, in relation to her outburst.

She also told The Daily Telegraph she was returning from visiting her husband in a nursing home in Sydney and had been angry at a nurse of Asian heritage.

She said she wanted to offer a “public apology” but added: “I was called white trash earlier in the week so I know it’s not nice. But it’s only names. It’s not like I’m murdering anyone.”
